The rooms here are nice and clean, and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out. the king room is a good size and even has a balcony, which is a nice touch. It comes with all the essentials you'd need for a comfortable stay. 😊

I did not like anything about the hotel, except the location and the price, for the first night which was Eur30 and was due to go up to Eur125 for the second night.!! They must have been joking when they suggested that one.. The noise started at 12.45am and did not stop until 5.45am. and this hotel is undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in while travelling and staying in hotels on four continents over the last 40 years.. Needless to say, I had booked for two nights but checked out very early in the morning after only one night..

The location is good - between Jerez and Cadiz. You can park for free on the street, just by the hotel. The hotel is clean, the equipment is not that new but is quite nice, domestic. The staff is friendly, however the receptionists spoke very little english.
The breakfast was OK, but no fresh croissants, fruit, not a lot of things to pick up from.

The Port of Santa María, known as the city of a Hundred Palaces, has a beautiful historical town centre that one can visit. The strategic location in the centre of the Cádiz Bay makes it a central station for visitors who want to explore the province. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes that benefit from fresh local ingredients, complimented with wines from the region. One can enjoy numerous beaches surrounding the area, such as La Puntilla, the Levante beach, and Santa Catalina. The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and a pet-friendly policy, making it a great choice for those traveling with their furry friends.

Very friendly and helpful bar/restaurant staff. Cheap room rates. Clean rooms.
Awful bathroom facilities. Very thin walls, so pretty noisy. No natural light in the room. Couldn't get over to the other side of my room without climbing over the bed!

Good and convenient location , helpful and kind staff , nice breakfast
not spacious and comfortable rooms, a bit old, not very clean.I think the rooms as well as the outside chairs and tables could have been cleaner.also the hotel was a bit expensive .
